    Come Home
    Sunday, June 8, 2008

Today, I had my day off from studies, work and stress.

The deal is, today every one is out, so I am all alone at home. So which means, It's time to PARTY!!!

well, not really that kind of party, i had a party on my own. I shopped for my meals, i didn't cook. I karaoke-d in front of my computer for 2 hours, yeah crazy! Then I watched Iron Man and Zoom! on DVD. Then, i took my PE teacher's advice to work on my arms, for pull ups (Abs, later). I lifted a 2kg weight i think at home... Then it was dinner time, I went out to buy Nasi lemak. Then I was in the room, on my computer finding movies to watch online, and man do i have a lot to watch. Then I went out to watch TV, I watched Disney Channel, Nickelodeon, and Channel 5. (I haven't subscribed to entertainment pack, yet)

Wow, it has been a really long time since I watched TV, not cable. Disney and Nick has not changed that much, but boy was Channel 5 growing up, or should I say shrinking down. It is a true reflection of what an article wrote about Channel 5 being out of the preferance of the locals. Many people have been moving away from channel 5 and watching Cable TV like AXN and Star world for good tv series.

Channel 5 has brought in a couple of interesting new Programmes. The ones that advertisements were screened which I liked were, Pushing Daisies, So You Think You Can Dance 4, Samantha Who, Dirty Sexy Money, Terminator: Sarah Connor Chronicles, a lot of nice blockbuster movies, local programme Sayang Sayang, and a tonne more. One thing amazes me though, why are the timings so awkward? Pushing Daisies at 10.30 on Sunday? It is a family-friendly show!!! Bring the show forward at 7.00 and let the blockbuster sundays start at 8.00, that should be fair.

I am so glad many boring shows have ceased airing like The Arena (attracts the political people), Police and Thief (wth), I don't know the rest because I have not been watching tv a lot, but thank goodness they have stopped and let new ideas to flow.

Well, so many things to watch, but so little time. I still have many homework to do, many materials to revise, many aspirations to achieve, many sleeps i have to take, 2 weeks won't do to help me finish all these things? Man, why does the holidays have to fly so quickly.
