Orientation

I promised an Orientation post, so here it is.
Okay, at first I dreaded Orientation, especially when I am a participant in it. When I entered the assembly ground (hall, duh), I already screwed up by losing my class, or orientation group. So I spent time shifting from group to group and finding the right group. Day 1 was really unexciting, it was all screaming, jumping around and dancing stupid moves to A Night To Remember. To be clear, the cha-cha-cha is not a cha-cha-cha, the timing is right but the steps are wrong. Then we play some lame games and i embarrassed myself while doing the scizzors paper stone, japanese version. I was to enthusiastic until i fell on my bum just trying to get away a hit from a girl. and when it's my turn to hit, i was too enthu again and i hit her too hard. then the day is over and it's home time, WOOHOO!!!
Second day is the sentosa day and it's so damn freaking hot out there. I was completely tanned after the day. We played games and such and still had to scream. Before all that, we spent our time waiting for hours for the lunch to arrive. and it didnt arrive until a game later. okay, aside from that, we had our class dinner at vivocity. we sat at the atrium eating our food court meals. We spent time chatting, getting to know each other and sharing interests. End of Day 2.
Third day is a short day. We came to play more games, cheers and that's it. Afterwards is the exciting CCA Bazaar. 30+ CCAs came on stage with their stuff and then it was the CCA booths. I signed up for Squash, Dance and House Exco. I missed the Squash try-out because I had to attend an International Students Meeting Tea. WE were welcomed to the school by the staff and wanted us to get to know each other. and then it's the student pass thing and then Day 3 is OVER.
Then, It's the final day. We had to play more games, cheers and our last dance session. This time our games is getting down and Dirty, with water and detergent. It was gross because I felt weird with my butt crack all slippery. Then it was mass dance again. Finally it's the most exciting part of the Orientation. IT's disco nite. We danced the night away and was all sweaty and gross, again. Then we had to wait for half an hour for our Orientation Group LEaders to come to pass us a farewell note. And that's the end Of Orientation.
Reflection: It was hell week with a great ending.
