Stomp Reaction

Okay, the buzz that was going on in school was about what the principal was talking about on friday about cyberbullying. I just go the chance to read the article on stomp and these are what i wrote on the comments page, hopefully.
ARTICLE
I was really disappointed by the comments I have read.
Firstly, I read many comments saying that one person's poor behaviour tarnishes the school's reputation. I don't really think that this chap will destroy the school's name. After all, it's only one person that you are talking about. One person can't depict the image of the school. So the same as saying that you do one bad deed and you are a bad person. One foolish person doesn’t make the school foolish. Taking into account of a country, a murder happened; will that subsequently make the country a dangerous country to live in? Will the reputation of the country be tarnished? Definitely not, in any country crimes will take place, and you can't run away from that fact. Anyway people look pass these things quickly. Similarly, do you think that NYJC is the only school that this incident happened? No. There are so many other schools I believe that have done worse things than cyber bullying, then what have you got to say about those schools? All schools' are built with the same reputation. The foolish behaviour of a student does not represent the image of the school.
Secondly, I am really disturbed by the reactions of some commentors who said not to give this bully a second chance. This really shows how you are in society. Will you forgive what ex-jailbirds did in the past and give him a second chance, or are you going to remember all the bad things he did in the past and hold grudges till the day he lies in his grave? If you support the yellow ribbon project, why can't you forgive these people and give them a second chance? Let them grow from their immaturity and be a better person. After all these boys are the future of Singapore, if you don't forgive them, are you going to be secure when it's time for them to defend the country?
Thirdly, I was very disappointed how the stomper specifically included the school's name into his article. Seriously, why do you need to include specific details like that? Do you have an ulterior motive or something? Can’t you sensor the school's name? And why do you have to pin point on the school's reputation when clearly, the boys' behaviour has little to do with what the school's is doing. It all boils down to what they have been influenced by and moral teaching. The school has no right to restrict their influences and it's up to the student's to practice self censorship. Clearly these people have been influenced a lot by the media (sorry for pin pointing you now), and the media should do something to limit violence in their content. And the school is no longer at position to teach these students moral values. They are already 16-17, aren't they grown up enough to know what is right or wrong? And NYJC should have no partake in moral teaching, primary and secondary schools are by right supposed to impart as much values in their students. However, parents are still the number one lead to moral teaching, if their children are not behaving, what has it got to do with the school, after all it takes up on average 5 hours a day of the students' lives, whereas the parents should be spending more time with them than the school. If the children do not behave properly in public, the blame should not be placed on schools.
